Enquiries sent through this website are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-handling service, purely so your message reaches the right volunteer. That's the only third party involved in handling your enquiry.
We keep enquiry and booking records only for as long as we need them, after which they are deleted in the normal course of housekeeping.
This website uses only the minimum cookies needed to function. We don't run advertising cookies.
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It doesn't tell us who you are. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit - if you decline, or ignore it, nothing is stored.
